TO CTDI
TO CTDI (Computed Tomography Dose Index) is a test object designed for measuring the dose index in computed tomography (CT) systems. It consists of two PMMA cylinders representing the head and body, each with a length of 140mm. The cylinders have strategically placed holes for radiation detectors, enabling systematic dose measurements at different positions. TO CTDI provides a standardized approach to assess and optimize radiation dose in CT imaging, contributing to patient safety and effective imaging practices.
